About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented
Home Inspector
to join our restoration team. You'll play a key role in assessing residential properties for roof and interior damage -- helping homeowners get the answers (and repairs) they need quickly and professionally.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working independently, and engaging directly with homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
roof inspections
to identify damage, wear, and potential problem areas.
Perform
indoor inspections
of walls, ceilings, flooring, and structural elements for water, mold, or storm damage.
Document findings with
photos, measurements, and written reports
.
Communicate inspection results clearly to project managers and clients.
Collaborate with the restoration team to create accurate scopes of work.
Maintain professional standards and customer satisfaction throughout each inspection.
Qualifications
Experience in
home inspection, roofing, or restoration
preferred (training available).
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot hidden issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to use a smartphone/tablet for reports and photos.
