At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Program Marketing Manager supports and aids efforts to launch new strategic partnerships by working in conjunction with all internal and external stakeholders to assist in the creation of comprehensive plans based on the profile and goals of new program sponsors.



Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide Point-of-Sale financing capabilities. This enables these partners to provide homeowners with an additional option to pay for various improvements to their homes, benefitting both the contractor partner and the homeowner.



Primary Responsibilities

Develops an understanding of the strategic business partner's goals, challenges, value proposition, product line, distribution model, sales organization, internal communication process and conferences, dealer network profile, as well as the overall program's potential

Assists the new program launch process for approximately the first fifteen months after the program sponsor agreement was executed

Supports new program launch plans and tactics

Helps the Relationship Manager gain approval and "buy-in" from all internal and external stakeholders

Facilitates and aids weekly meetings with key internal and external stakeholders to provide performance status updates, plans upcoming launch activities, and develops strong relationships that deliver expected results

Coordinates production of all launch-related marketing and training assets

Ensures that all delivery deadlines are met

Develops program launch templates

Establishes performance metrics to gauge program launch success that are consistent with program performance expectations

Supports the product marketing manager and assigned Relationship Manager to ensure a plan is in place to continue program growth after the initial launch plan is executed



This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and five (5) years of marketing or related experience

Or Associate's degree in Marketing or a related field and seven (7) years of marketing or related experience

Or High School Diploma or GED and nine (9) years of marketing or related experience

Experience with digital and traditional marketing channels



Preferences

Sales experience



Skills and Competencies

Ability to work with multiple teams and departments

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong attention to detail and proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects

Strong communication and presentation skills

Strong strategic marketing skills

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.



The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.



Job Range Target:



Minimum:

$91,162.50 USD

Median:

$122,340.00 USD



Incentive Pay Plans:

This job may participate in an annual discretionary bonus plan.
