Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated

Registered Nurse (RN)

to join our team on a

contract basis

to provide supervisory oversight. This role involves ensuring the highest standard of care through comprehensive assessments, ongoing support, and collaboration with caregivers and families.

What you'll do

Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering comprehensive home care services. Conduct initial client intakes and assessments to develop individualized care plans based on care needs and evaluations. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning. Provide training to staff. Address any concerns or issues related to patient care promptly and effectively. Complete renewal visits and reassessments as required. Provide supervision and guidance to caregivers and nursing staff. Offer nursing advice and professional recommendations to ensure quality care and compliance. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in client records. Communicate effectively with families, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.

Basic qualifications

Active GA Registered Nurse (RN) license with a strong clinical background.

Preferred qualifications

Home health or pediatric experience preferred.. Demonstrated skills in team management and supervising nursing staff.

Qualifications

Active Georgia RN license

(unrestricted and in good standing). Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Flexible schedule

Most assignments will be remote

Contract position

- per-assignment pay. Ideal for nurses seeking supplemental income or flexible hours.
