Registered Nurses (RN)

for our

Home Health

division in greater

Jackson and Josephine County, Oregon.

Essential Duties

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes (e.g., wound care, catheter care, medication administration, symptom management, etc.) Provide patient and family/caregiver support and education Practice cohesive and collaborative care with the healthcare providers Full-time Monday through Friday with flexible schedules to aid in work/life balance On-call rotation required Supervise LPN and CNA staff

Requirements and Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure Prior Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred, but not required Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking Current BLS certification from AHA Be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order Part-time applicants without Home Health or Hospice experience should be willing to consider full-time availability for training.*
