Summit Home Health and Hospice is expanding Our Team and seeking a compassionate PTA Physical Therapist Assistant with at least one year of home health experience who is looking for a rewarding career caring for patients. What We're Looking For

A

licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

in Texas. Strong communication and organizational skills. Passion for patient care and a team-oriented approach. Experience in home health (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in home health settings, ensuring adherence to individualized care plans. Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques. Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the healthcare team. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises. Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient interactions and progress. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
