Home Health

in Cave Junction, OR area.

Up to $3500 sign on bonus for full-time.

Mileage Reimbursment : $0.61 cents a mile.

Salary/Hourly Range:

$35.00 - $42.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Licensed Practical Nurse

The Role and Your Impact:

Deliver direct clinical care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care Support care planning and patient assessments Administer prescribed medications and treatments Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or physician Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and care plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with state and federal health regulations Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients

BLS certification
