Responsibilities:

Assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Safe transferring and positioning of clients Observation and reporting of changes in physical and mental conditions Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversation Transportation and assistance with errands as needed Reminders for medication schedules Housekeeping and laundry services Monitoring vital signs and other health-related duties
