Community Liaison

Key Tasks and Duties:

Build and maintain strong relationships with Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), low-income senior housing, and PACE programs Develop partnerships with local community organizations and senior-focused networks Represent BG Healthcare Services at community events, expos, health fairs, and network meetings Identify and nurture referral sources to consistently generate new client leads Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experience from first contact onward

What We're Looking For:

Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, or community outreach, especially within senior services (preferred) Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who can work independently in the field Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport Highly organized with effective time management and follow-through Genuine passion for making a positive impact in the senior community
