Requirements:

Key Responsibilities



Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all home health and hospice services. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid requirements. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and sustainability. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and compassionate care. Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, referral sources, and community partners. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and superior patient satisfaction.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field (Master's preferred). Current licensure in the State of Ohio (RN license preferred but not required). Minimum

5 years of leadership experience

in home health, hospice, or related healthcare settings. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance programs. Proven track record of managing teams, budgets, and operational performance. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
