About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and reliable

Home Health Aide (HHA)

to provide

one-on-one care

for a client in

Delaware, OH

. This is a

consistent weekend position

As a Home Health Aide, you'll help clients maintain comfort, safety, and independence in their own homes while providing essential personal care and companionship.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized care and assistance with

activities of daily living (ADLs)

such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility Support clients with

light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship

Follow individualized

care plans

and maintain accurate documentation Ensure a

safe, clean, and comfortable

home environment Communicate effectively with the care team and family members

Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of experience

in home health, personal care, or a related field

Valid driver's license

and

reliable transportation

Current TB test

(required) Ability to pass

background and drug screening

Strong

communication and time management skills
