Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide exceptional care to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities and ensure the overall well-being of our clients.

Duties

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitor vital signs and observe any changes in the client's condition
- Assist with medication reminders and catheter care
- Perform memory care activities to stimulate cognitive function
- Launder clothing and linens as needed
- Maintain accurate records of care provided

Experience

- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Experience in home care or a related field is preferred
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
- Proficiency in using medical monitoring systems
- Knowledge of cooking nutritious meals for clients
- Familiarity with patient observation techniques
