Job Description
We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care to individuals in need within their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for those requiring assistance with daily living activities.
We are hiring across
Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn
.Responsibilities
:Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide companionship and emotional support Administer medication under the direction of a nurse or healthcare provider Help with household chores and meal preparation Monitor and report changes in client's health status Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
Requirements
:Experience in assisted living, home care, or similar settings Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality Ability to perform tasks such as vital signs monitoring and medication administration Understanding of dementia care practices is a plus Compassionate attitude towards individuals with developmental disabilities
Qualifications:
Current New York State HHA Certificate Fluency in
English
required;Spanish, Creole or Bilingual (English/Spanish) (English/Creole)
