! Spectrum is a well-established Privately owned Home Care Agency of the Dakotas that assist the elderly, veterans, and disabled individuals with a wide variety of services.

We have in-home caregiver positions providing one-on-one care to clients who wish to live independently at home. Spectrum is hiring caregivers, home health aides, and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) in the Fargo and Casselton ND area! Job Duties include, but are not limited to;

Assist client with activities of daily living that allow individuals the opportunity to stay in their home as long as possible, such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene Assist with ambulation and transfer of clients with or without adaptive equipment Remind clients to take medications Complete light housekeeping and other support services including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, laundry, errands, and transportation Plan and prepare meals, assist with feeding, and assist with kitchen clean up Provide socialization and companionship All other duties outlined in personalized client care plan

Candidate must be;

Trustworthy Punctual Flexible with scheduling - must be willing to work at least one weekend rotation per month. Able to read, write and speak desired language Adaptable to new situations and environments Resourceful, creative, and fun A good listener Able to remain calm in stressful situations A natural at multi-tasking Compassionate Confident yet humble
We currently have day, evening, weekend, and possible upcoming overnight shifts available.

Preferred Requirements:

We prefer one year of professional in-home caregiving experience, home health aide or personal care aide, but not required.

Mandatory Requirements:

Valid Driver's License, Automobile Insurance, and reliable vehicle (required) Minimum high school diploma or GED required Submit to Criminal Background Investigation & Driving Record Must be able to physically perform the duties of the position Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English

Full and Part-time positions available

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 starting pay depending on experience plus $1.50 night and weekend premium. 90 Day Review with potential wage increase along with annual review. Full-Time positions earn 40 hours PTO after 6 months.
