Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan. Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. May obtain Home Health Aide certification after hire but MUST have Nurse Aide certification as well as at least one year experience in long term care.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care/bathing in patient's homes Assist with client's with personal care activities Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report to RN Document provided services Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises Collect routine specimens and provide basic skin care
Skills
English proficiency (verbal and written) required, bilingual preferred
Caring and compassionate personality
Familiarity with basic personal hygiene standards Current CPR certificate Valid driver's licenseJob Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
