Always Compassionate Home Careis in need of certified Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide (HHA/PCA) to work cases!

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Meets health state requirements

Recent physical

2 PPD's or QuantiFERON Blood Test

Three References (Professional)

Positive and compassionate attitude

Responsibilities

Must be able to read patient's care plan

Observes and monitors changes in patient condition

Maintain healthful, safe environment.

Provide nutritional and environmental support.

Assist patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, snacks, toileting etc.

Provide medication reminders
