We're a private-pay, non-medical home care agency serving clients throughout Broward County. Our goal is to provide high-quality, personalized care -- and we're looking for caring Home Care Aides and Companions to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

As a Home Care Aide / Companion, you'll provide non-medical support and companionship to seniors and adults in their homes. Typical responsibilities include:

Companionship and conversation Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, organizing, changing linens) Meal planning and preparation Assistance with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene (non-medical) Mobility assistance and support with daily routines Errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments Medication reminders (no medication administration) Reporting changes in client condition or needs to the agency

What You'll Need

Prior caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience preferred (non-medical setting) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if transporting clients) Ability to pass Level 2 AHCA background screening CPR/First Aid certification preferred Friendly, professional, and reliable
