Responsible for the timely pickup and delivery of all customer orders within assigned area, while maintaining customer expectations. Ensure efficient utilization of local preferred carriers, and proper shipping equipment.
Direct and schedule local WG carrier's work. Notify carriers of work assignments to ensure on-time movement of goods to maximize operational efficiency. Regularly monitor carriers' activities and performance.
Identify and resolve daily service and scheduling issues. Inform and escalate service issues to HD/FM Supervisor as appropriate. Maintain timely and professional communication with Stores on issues impacting service and overall performance.
Effectively communicate with carriers and stores on a regular and timely basis regarding issues impacting the customer and/or their service expectations.
Accurately prepare and process data and paperwork including but not limited to maintaining shipment BOL's and other documentation in the TMS and confirm freight rate quotes, type of service and confirm store's initial Sales Orders (SO) from NetSuite-ERP system. Work closely with WG carriers to update all milestones of the shipment information from BOL issuance, contact and scheduling with customers, notification to stores of pick up and final delivery to customers' timeline into the Kuebix, TMS system, real time.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

This role is a FT role at Franklin, TN, the schedule is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
The Home Delivery-FM-Coordinator is responsible to Coordinate the timely movement of customer's product in a safe, efficient manner, in compliance with company rules and DOT regulations. Assign workload to preferred White-Globe (WG) local carriers around the country to support the F9 Shipments from Store to Customer's homes. This role will monitor product movements and resolve delivery and scheduling issues. Properly use the Kuebix transportation management systems to ensure all required operational data is accurately captured in a near real-time manner.
This role is located at Franklin, TN, it is a 40-HR week, schedule is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday to Saturday.
