University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to provide quality in-home care to clients in Hartland, MI. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and errands. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior to the supervisor. Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and their families. Reliable transportation to and from clients' homes. Be able to make it to the client home and back without an issue Ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings. Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy personality.
