dedicated, experienced Home Care Scheduler

to join our growing administrative team.

Position Summary

The

Home Care Scheduler / Coordinator

plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive timely, high-quality care.
You'll manage daily schedules, coordinate caregivers, and maintain clear communication between clients, staff, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments daily Manage shift changes, cancellations, and call-outs promptly Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and families Anticipate scheduling needs and think ahead to ensure full coverage Maintain accuracy in scheduling software and client documentation Support the care team with administrative follow-ups and compliance tasks Uphold agency standards, confidentiality, and professionalism

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

scheduling for a

home care agency

(required) Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling platforms or EMR systems Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Team player with a positive and professional attitude Able to follow processes and complete tasks with accuracy and follow-through

Compensation & Benefits

$22 per hour (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) Health Insurance 401(k) 1 Week Paid Time Off (PTO) All Federal Holidays Off Stable Monday-Friday Schedule (9am-5pm, No Weekends)
