We are seeking a self-driven individual to be responsible for performing the sales and marketing activities necessary to achieve and exceed the company's sales goals. Sales activities include community outreach, cold calling, attending meetings and events that would produce referrals, closing sales, developing community events and providing hand holding customer service to help seniors and the disabled within the community.

Responsibilities:

Community Partnerships:

Collaborate with local food pantries, senior centers, faith-based organizations, and other community resources to foster partnerships and expand outreach efforts. Actively participate in community events and initiatives to strengthen relationships and enhance visibility.

Sales Presentations:

Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations in group settings at community centers, senior centers, and faith-based organizations. Educate audiences about the benefits of home care services.

Street Marketing:

Implement creative and effective street marketing strategies to increase awareness of home care services. Activities may include distributing flyers, hosting informational booths, and directly engaging with community members.

Community Engagement and Promotion:

Promote home care services within the community, develop and nurture new referral sources through targeted outreach efforts.

Relationship Strengthening:

Conduct daily visits to organizations, physician offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and adult day care centers to educate and inform referral sources and patients about available home health services.

Closing Deals:

Effectively close deals and convert leads into referrals.

Event Coordination and Representation:

Coordinate and actively participate in health fairs, awareness days, cultural functions, and religious events to raise awareness and establish connections within the community.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE:

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Minimum of 2 years of experience in outreach sales or a related field. Strong background in sales, particularly in on-the-road sales roles.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
