This is a

Per Diem / PRN position

with flexible scheduling -but consistency matters. On average, you can expect

8 to 15 recertifications per month

, depending on the time of year. We rely on our PRN nurses to help keep care moving smoothly for clients and staff, and we ask that you're willing to cover all visits assigned within your agreed service area, not just select based on convenience.

Compensation

$100 per completed Admission Assessment

$60 per completed Recertification

Mileage Reimbursement

What You'll Do

Perform in-home admission nursing assessments Complete recertifications every 60 days (approximately 8-15 per month) Conduct caregiver supervisory visits (normally done during recertification) Collaborate with the office and care teams to ensure services are appropriate and timely Document assessments accurately and efficiently

What You Need

Active RN license in Delaware Minimum 2 years of RN experience At least 1 year of recent home health or home care experience Tech-savvy (comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Email, Home Care App) Reliable transportation
