Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Operator to oversee all daily operations of a home care agency.
Responsibilities
Outreach to new leads which will be provided. Onboarding new consumers and caregivers. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws. Oversee billing in HHA Exchange. Manage relationships with ALTCS and Managed Care Plans.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a non-medical home care agency. Familiarity with HHA Exchange. Knowledge of relevant requirements to maintain compliance. Experience working with the Tribal community and Tribal ALTCS is a plus. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and caregivers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
