Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and support to promote mental and emotional well-being. Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands as needed. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff. Maintain accurate records of services provided and communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while providing care.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation to and from the client's home in Northville, MI. Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening. Compassionate, patient, and sensitive to client needs.
