Bartlett Regional Hospital is searching for a Home Attendant to join our Wildflower Court team!

Wildflower Court is a long-term care facility located in beautiful Juneau, Alaska. Our care creates the conditions of a home rather than an institution. Job Summary:

Incumbents provide a variety of unlicensed tasks to the residents of Wildflower Court under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Home Attendants may assist residents with housekeeping, meal preparation/assistance, light errands, assisting with transportation, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications for the Job:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Experience(s): Previous experience caring for the elderly or disabled or providing care in a medical facility.

Preferred License(s): Current State of Alaska Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License

• Certification(s): Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

Internal Hires: Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms.
