As a
Holiday Light Crew Leader
, you'll lead a small team in installing, maintaining, and removing professional-grade holiday lights and decor. From rooftops to trees to walkways, you're responsible for getting it done safely, cleanly, and beautifully--while keeping your crew focused, efficient, and motivated.

You've led small crews or teams in field service, construction, landscaping, or similar work
You're confident on ladders and rooftops, and know how to keep your crew safe
You're organized, focused, and able to manage both tasks and people
You have a valid driver's license and a strong sense of responsibility

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Crew Leadership
Direct a team of 1-3 installers during holiday lighting jobs
Lead morning huddles, assign roles, and monitor work throughout the day
Train new seasonal team members on safe, clean install techniques
Maintain morale and keep the crew on pace during busy weeks
Lighting Install & Maintenance
Read install notes or diagrams and lead hands-on setup of roofline lights, tree wraps, ground displays, etc.
Safely operate ladders, tools, clips, and cords
Perform final walkthroughs for quality control and adjust as needed
Troubleshoot issues (outages, faulty plugs, timing problems)
Customer Interaction & Reporting
Greet homeowners or property managers with professionalism
Answer basic questions and communicate any concerns to the office
Submit job reports, photos, and material usage notes daily
Alert the team to upsell opportunities or future service needs
