We are seeking a dedicated Hispanic Studies Analyst to join our dynamic team at a leading theme park. Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and analyze data related to visitor demographics, preferences, and engagement metrics using statistical software such as R, SPSS, SAS, Stata, or SQL.
Conduct quantitative research including surveys, clinical research, and clinical trials to assess program effectiveness and cultural impact.
Perform qualitative research through interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic studies to gain deeper insights into Hispanic community interactions.
Utilize GIS tools for spatial analysis of visitor flow patterns and site-specific cultural elements.
Support research initiatives by managing data collection processes and ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms.
Prepare detailed reports and visualizations that communicate findings clearly to stakeholders for strategic planning and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, programming, and community outreach to implement culturally relevant initiatives.
Stay updated on trends in public health, clinical research methodologies, and statistical software advancements relevant to the role.
Experience
Proven experience in data analysis using statistical software such as R, SPSS, SAS, Stata, or SQL.
Strong background in research methodologies including both quantitative (e.g., surveys, clinical trials) and qualitative (e.g., interviews, focus groups) approaches.
Familiarity with GIS applications for spatial data analysis is preferred.
Experience working within public health or clinical research environments is advantageous.
Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is desirable.
Prior experience in cultural studies or working within entertainment or theme park settings is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights.
