Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Address any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour Restaurant type:
