Location: Tri-Cities, WA

Schedule: Full-time & Part-time

Shifts:

NOC (Overnight) Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, DOE

? Job Summary



As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide direct care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and community settings. You'll promote independence, respect, and dignity while helping clients achieve their personal goals.



Key Responsibilities


Assist with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing Support individuals with meal prep, feeding, shopping, and household tasks Promote independence through life skills coaching, goal tracking, and community engagement Transport clients to appointments, recreational activities, jobs, etc. Implement Individual Support Plans (IISP), Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP), and Functional Assessments Manage client financial ledgers daily, with weekly verification and monthly reconciliation Maintain accurate documentation using QuickMAR and internal DICE systems Assist with medication administration and follow nurse delegation guidelines Adhere to DICE policies and procedures at all times Participate in all mandatory DICE training sessions and ongoing development Respond to emergencies, follow safety protocols, and report incidents per DICE IR policy Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative care

? Qualifications


High School Diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years old Valid WA driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance Ability to pass a background check per DSHS guidelines CPR/First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Positive Behavior Support training (provided if needed) Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, compassionate, detail-oriented, and team-driven
