we are looking nail tech 50% commission base We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail care services in a professional and welcoming environment, ensuring that each client leaves feeling pampered and satisfied.

Duties

Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate nail care treatments. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design and techniques to provide clients with innovative options. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Handle client inquiries and provide information about services offered. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low.

Skills

Proficient in various nail techniques including acrylics, gels, and natural nail care. Strong attention to detail with excellent artistic skills for creating intricate designs. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols within the beauty industry. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and preferences.
