The available shift is M-F 8am-4pm Duties: -Interviewing employee candidates -Implementing and processing New Hire Paperwork to state standards -Implement policy and procedures with employee and client retention -Carry out disciplinary and reward programs for employees -Responsible for Payroll with all employees in your market -Connecting compatible caregivers with clients -Reaching out to caregivers to cover any open shifts Experience is not required, but a plus!
