Hiring Helper – Fabrication Shop (dayton, Oh)
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable shop helper to join our fabrication and trailer manufacturing team. No advanced experience required -- basic skills and willingness to learn are enough.
Responsibilities
Assist welders and fabricators
Cut and grind metal
Help with trailer assembly
Clean and organize the shop
Move materials and parts
Follow instructions and work safely
Basic Skills Needed
Able to use simple tools (grinder, drill, tape measure)
Basic understanding of working with steel
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs
Good work ethic and punctuality
Willingness to learn welding, fabrication, and trailer production
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per day
Work Location: In person
