Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a variety of mental health issues. This role requires a strong understanding of crisis management and the ability to develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. The Psychotherapist will work in a supportive environment that values professional growth and client-centered care.

Duties

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients. Provide therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to crisis management, chronic pain counseling, and Christian counseling. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Offer support and guidance to clients dealing with inpatient issues and pediatric cases. Stay updated on best practices in social work and therapy techniques. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Valid licensure as a Psychotherapist or equivalent certification. Experience in crisis management and coding is preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices is essential. Experience in chronic pain counseling or Christian counseling is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
