Hiring Coordinator

to join our team in our Chicago, IL (North Side) office.

Responsibilities:




This position supports our Homecare team and involves extensive telephone work to support caregiver hiring and onboarding in a high-volume environment.


The Hiring Coordinator will manage caregiver onboarding, support caregiver file compliance and provide general administrative support to the office.

Perform recruitment activities to ensure proper caregiver staffing levels by working closely with branch management to support client census growth Process applicant background and reference checks Ensure applicants complete the required training and onboarding requirements Facilitate orientations and ensure completion of new hire paperwork Support annual employee file compliance according to state requirements Assist with recruitment campaigns, and retention programs Supports field recruiting activities or job fairs, as needed Supports supervisors with annual required documentation and performance evaluations for caregivers Greets and assists visitors in the office

Requirements



High School Diploma/GED Professional phone demeanor and strong interpersonal skills who enjoys talking to people!! Strong communication skills Able to multi-task and organize work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions Must be able to work well independently and in a team Must be able to make independent decisions Must be authorized to work in the United States General knowledge of data entry and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Prior recruiting experience is a plus Prior homecare experience is a plus Bi-lingual Spanish required
