We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Hindi-Speaking

Caregiver / PCA / HHA to join our team on a flexible per diem schedule. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to clients in their homes or community settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, with an emphasis on assisting individuals with various needs.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Accompany client to appointments Run errands for client as needed such as picking up things from a store or pharmacy Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking. Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each client. Uphold the highest standards of caregiving while respecting client privacy and dignity.

Requirements

Proficiency in

Hindi

is required; additional language skills are a plus. Experience in home health care or assisted living environments is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
