We are seeking an experienced

High-Tech Aide

,

CNA

,

PCA

, or

HHA

to provide

in-home personal care

for an individual with

complex medical needs

. This position requires hands-on experience with

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

, an established

bowel program

, and safe transfers using a

Hoyer lift

.

This role is ideal for caregivers with strong technical skills who value patient dignity, safety, and consistency of care.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with

ADLs

: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and positioning Perform and assist with a prescribed

bowel program

Safely operate a

Hoyer lift

and other assistive equipment Provide

personal care

in accordance with the care plan Monitor patient comfort, skin integrity, and safety Maintain a clean and organized care environment Accurately document care provided and report changes as needed

Required Qualifications

Previous experience as a High-Tech Aide, CNA, PCA, or HHA

Hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift (required)

Experience assisting with

bowel programs

Knowledge of

home health care

or

private duty care

Reliable, professional, and compassionate Ability to follow detailed medical and personal care plans

Preferred Qualifications

CPR / First Aid Certification Experience with

complex medical care

or

high-acuity patients

Home care or private duty experience

Physical Requirements

Ability to assist with transfers using mechanical lifts Ability to stand, bend, and assist with daily caregiving tasks
