Responsibilities
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the individual learning styles of students.
Educate students in various subjects, ensuring they grasp fundamental concepts and skills.
Utilize library services and learning technology to enhance educational experiences.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a safe and respectful environment for all students.
Collaborate with other educators and staff to support student development and academic success.
Provide mentoring to students, fostering their personal growth and encouraging a love for learning.
Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational practices.
Experience
A degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
Strong skills in education administration, including lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management.
Proficiency in behavior management techniques to support student engagement and discipline.
Experience utilizing learning technology to enhance teaching effectiveness.
