Are you passionate about football and looking for a fun way to stay involved in the game? Join the Washington Officials Association as a High School Girls Flag Football Official! We're looking for dedicated referees to help create a safe, fair, and exciting experience for young athletes.

Responsibilities:

Officiate girls flag football games with professionalism and fairness. Enforce league rules and ensure a safe playing environment. Manage game flow, including start times, clock management, and penalty enforcement. Communicate clearly with coaches, players, and spectators. Maintain control of the game while promoting a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Report game scores and any incidents to league staff.
Requirements:

Knowledge of flag football rules (training provided if needed). Ability to manage and officiate games in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Reliable transportation to and from game locations. Must be at least
