OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio Manager to join our team. As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our studio, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service. This is a key role that requires strong administrative skills, retail sales experience, and the ability to effectively manage a team. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage all daily operations at High Ride
  • Recruit, interview, train, manage, and nurture a team of Studio Assistants to enhance customer experiences and foster a vibrant community
  • Serve as the welcoming face of High Ride, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Utilize Mariana Tek for client check-ins, report generation, schedule updates, and membership and merchandise sales
  • Execute opening and closing tasks, ensuring studio cleanliness
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Devise and implement sales and conversion strategies to boost utilization and retention
  • Implement retention processes to pleasantly surprise and retain both new and existing members
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the studio and increase customer base
  • Establish community partnerships with local businesses and apartments for events, fostering brand love and community awareness
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the High Ride community by riding classes, participating in in studio and out of studio events, and being an encouraging presence inside and outside of the studio
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a fitness or boutique studio setting.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and manage a team
  • Experience in sales and marketing preferably within the fitness industry to promote the studio and increase membership.
  • Knowledge of grassroots, community outreach, and partnership strategies.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage studio schedule and studio operations efficiently.
  • Ability to effectively recruit, train, and manage a team
  • Attention to detail to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the studio space and equipment.
