Work in your neighborhood and give back to your community. BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for HHA - Home Health Aides and Direct Care Workers to care for our clients.

We are looking for reliable caregivers who drive in Washington, Glassport, Fox Chapel, Latrobe, East Pittsburgh, Munhall, Churchill, Port Vue, Monroeville and Clairton.

At this time only looking for individuals who can drive Clients for our current open assignments are not along the bus line.

As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard.


Qualifications for Direct Care Worker:


One year work experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar healthcare role No experience?? Ask about our Direct Care Worker Training Program!!! Formal experience not required to care for a loved one.

Job Responsibilities for Direct Care Workers, DCW:

+ Activities of daily living
+ Light housekeeping
+ Bathing
+ Grooming
+ Toileting
+ Nail care
+ Range of motion / exercises
+ Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
+ Oral feeding
+ Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
+ Assisting with ambulation
+ Medication assistance
