Tier 1 Help Desk Technician position will be under the general direction of Director of Business Integration. You will be performing skilled professional work in the management and operation of IT related duties.

Job Responsibilities:
Performs professional and technical work installing, maintaining, and supporting desktop computers, network equipment, mobile devices, and other hardware.
End-user hardware and software support in a windows-based environment.
Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
Audit Verizon Assets for Active/Inactive devices and reassign as directed
Troubleshoot equipment, desktop workstations and related hardware.
Ability to work with minimum direction and as a team player
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Capable of using discretion and judgement in carrying out job duties
Flexibility/Ability to work with all departments effectively to support additional projects and workload as needed.

Skills, Knowledge, and Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or Completion of IT Internship
Excellent troubleshooting skills are required. You must be able to quickly assess a situation, identify affected parties, and ask logical questions to work through issues to find and mitigate the root cause of an issue.
Must be able to prioritize projects and tasks.
Working knowledge of network and Microsoft operating systems.
Working knowledge of CSSM HTML, SQL, and Visual Basic are a plus.
Working knowledge of data integration and APIs is a plus.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and act on it.

Pay:
The pay range for this position is $22.00-$26.00/hour.
