This position will serve as the first line of contact with the IT department. This job starts promptly at 8:00am sharp and ends at 5:00pm with static breaks to be agreed upon with the IT Director and his/her representative. Occasional after-hours project work may be required. Possess a strong working knowledge of Desktop PCs' and basic troubleshooting skills. Must demonstrate a positve customer service attitude, possess logical troubleshooting skills, be a self-starter able to work independently and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Associate or bachelor degree in related field with two or more years supporting computer/networking systems.
