What Youll Do:

Operate and maintain a wide range of heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, crushers, grinders, hydroseeders, skid steers, dozers, water trucks, and more across multiple divisions. Tackle a variety of tasks daily from site clearing to trenching, grading, and loading materials. Perform daily inspections (oil, grease, fuel, DVIR reports). Keep trucks and equipment clean and organized. Email gas and purchase receipts daily to accounting. Attend daily huddles and safety meetings. Support yard operations: load roll-offs, organize containers, and move materials. Assist with labor tasks, deliveries, pickups, towing, and dust control. Uphold the highest safety and quality standards on every site.

What Were Looking For:

1+ year of experience operating heavy equipment. Strong teamwork and humility no job is beneath you. Reliability and accountability you own your work. Proactive problem-solver who plans ahead. Clear communicator who helps the crew succeed. GWC mindset you Get it, Want it, and have the Capacity to do it.*
CDL A or B license and crane experience a plus.
