We are hiring experienced
Heavy Equipment Operators
to support our sitework, earthmoving, and utility projects. This position may involve operating dozers for grading or excavators for trenching and utility work. You'll be responsible for safe, efficient equipment operation while working alongside a skilled crew to deliver projects on time and to spec.

Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate dozers for rough and finish grading.
Safely and efficiently operate excavators for cutting grade, loading trucks, and trenching for water, sewer, and storm pipe installation.
Perform routine equipment inspections, safety walk-arounds, and preventative maintenance.
Follow hand signals, grade stakes, markings, and instructions to complete work to specifications.
Receive and follow written or verbal instructions for excavation and material movement.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Operate additional heavy equipment or assist crews with related duties as needed.

Qualifications
Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to safety.
Proficient in dozer and/or excavator operation, from rough grading to finish work.
2+ years of dozer operating experience and/or 2+ years of excavator operating experience
Knowledge of GPS systems and civil drawings is a plus.
Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Excellent attendance and accountability for conduct.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb in/out of equipment, and work outdoors in all conditions.
Ability to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug testing (where applicable).
