Heavy Equipment Operators

to join their team. This is a great opportunity for operators who have strong production experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced pit or quarry environment. Long-term growth potential once hired on full-time.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------


Safely operate heavy equipment such as

CAT 980-wheel loaders

and/or

CAT D9 dozers

Load haul trucks, move material, maintain stockpiles, and support daily plant operations Perform basic equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues Follow safety protocols and site procedures at all times Work efficiently within a rotating shift schedule Support general labor duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

3-5 years

of heavy equipment operating experience Experience operating a

CAT 980

or

CAT D9 dozer

(required)

Aggregate, quarry, or mining experience preferred

Ability to work rotating shifts Strong safety mindset and ability to operate with precision Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in outdoor environments

Compensation & Details
