As an Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in the success of our construction projects by operating various heavy machinery and equipment. Your expertise will ensure that tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You will be at the forefront of our operations, contributing to the construction of structures that shape communities and enhance lives.

What you'll do

Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and concrete mixers with precision and care. Manage the operation of dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, and front loader trucks to facilitate material transportation on site. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow on construction sites. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any malfunctions or repairs needed.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in construction site operations with a strong understanding of heavy equipment functionality. Valid commercial driving license (CDL) with experience operating various types of machinery Is a plus

Preferred qualifications

Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery and farm machinery operations is a plus. Previous experience operating concrete mixers, dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and other heavy equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge to assist in troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.88 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
