Part-time instructors teach on a course-by-course basis and play an important role in advancing the College's mission to create innovative and equitable opportunities that empower all to learn, grow and thrive.
While this posting may not be tied to an immediate opening, it allows us to connect with talented professionals who are interested in joining our instructional team. Qualified candidates may be considered as teaching opportunities become available.
Responsibilities
Teach assigned courses following College curriculum and standards
Prepare and deliver instruction in a variety of formats (in-person, online, hybrid, etc.)
Assess student learning outcomes and provide timely feedback
Maintain accurate class records in accordance with College policies
Support student success through engagement, availability and inclusive practices
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in the teaching discipline plus two (2) years of relevant work experience in the field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
