About Us:

Aspire Contour Body Sculpting is a boutique, female-owned wellness center specializing in red light therapy, body contouring, services. We are dedicated to empowering our clients--primarily women ages 40-75--to achieve their wellness goals in a supportive, professional environment.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide primary care and support to patients in a healthcare spa setting, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and wellness outcomes.

Key Duties:

Provide primary care and support to patients in a healthcare spa-like setting Assist with procedures such as red light therapy, sauna treatments, full body analysis, and 3D body scans Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using electronic health record systems Collaborate with other Health Care Technicians and team professionals to develop and implement care plans Monitor and assess patients' physical and mental well-being Administer treatments as recommended by our healthcare team Offer emotional support and compassion to patients

Experience & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a healthcare or spa setting, preferably as a nurse, caregiver, dental assistant, hygienist, or aesthetician Sales experience preferred Experience in customer success and retention Familiarity with medical or personal care procedures Knowledge of electronic health record systems Understanding of primary care principles and practices Valid driver's license required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
