We are looking for top-performing sales professionals who are interested in making an impact in the healthcare field. We\xe2\x80\x99ll teach you how to develop recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire healthcare workers.

SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Availability and willingness to work on Saturdays when necessary is required.

PAY:
You\xe2\x80\x99ll earn a highly competitive base salary, plus uncapped commissions, and other bonus opportunities. On average, our recruiters earn $90,000+ after their first year!


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibilities will focus on the recruitment of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurses, Advanced Practice, and other clinical roles.

You will be expected to:

• Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Recruit qualified healthcare professionals utilizing the internet, job boards, cold calls, and referrals
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Stay connected with candidates throughout the entire hiring process
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years sales experience
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Team player, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Ability to set and exceed goals
• High level of written and oral communication skills
• Ability to think outside of the box
