Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly connected

Healthcare Marketer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have established relationships within

Home Health Agencies, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Post-Acute Care Facilities, and Hospitals

. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral partnerships that drive patient growth and strengthen our regional presence.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong referral relationships with home health, SNF, post-acute, and hospital partners. Educate referral sources on our wound care services, in-home visit model, and office-based treatment options. Coordinate community outreach and relationship management to generate patient referrals. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless referral experience. Track performance metrics and report results to leadership.

Qualifications

Proven experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or physician liaison roles. Existing professional network within home health, SNF, and hospital systems. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Reliable transportation for travel between referral sources and office locations.

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission Structure
