! We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to generate new business, manage existing accounts, and drive sales growth in the healthcare linen services sector. You will collaborate with hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to deliver high-quality linen solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and outpatient clinics.
Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry.
Client Management:
Oversee a portfolio of existing healthcare accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess client needs, provide product recommendations, and address service issues.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, deliver timely solutions, and ensure high customer service standards.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest healthcare linen products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Educate potential clients on the benefits of high-quality linen services, including cost efficiency, infection control, and enhanced patient satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably within the healthcare or linen service industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare facility operations, particularly regarding linen and laundry needs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive base salary pay plus commission structure, $120K.
